Arnett Edwards
Founding Director of School Leadership AcademyDr. Arnett Edwards is the Founding Director of the School Leadership Academy, where he is dedicated to empowering educators in Asia and beyond through leadership development. With a vision to enhance the capabilities of educational leaders, Dr. Edwards is focused on establishing a professional Academy tailored to the unique needs of the region.
Previously, Dr. Edwards served as the Principal of Li Po Chun United World College (LPCUWC) in Hong Kong from 2011 to 2023. During his tenure, he achieved significant milestones, including successful fundraising initiatives that supported student scholarships and the implementation of innovative projects, such as the largest solar panel installation in a Hong Kong school.
In addition to his role at the Academy, Dr. Edwards currently serves as a Senior Adviser for Benenden Bilingual School in Guangzhou, further contributing to educational leadership and development in the region. Dr. Edwards is also a Certified LEGO® Serious Play® Facilitator. His extensive experience and commitment to education continue to shape the future of leadership in schools.
